HSE Manager

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager to join our team. As an HSE Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations and projects. With a strong focus on promoting a culture of safety, you will develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all projects and operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
• Provide training and support to employees on HSE matters, including best practices, risk assessments, and incident reporting.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Monitor and measure HSE performance, preparing reports and metrics for management review.
