We are seeking a qualified HSE Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance for our Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) project on Farasan Island. The role involves ensuring safety standards are maintained, risks are mitigated, and environmental considerations are integrated into project execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
NEBOSH/IOSH certification or equivalent is mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management in infrastructure, construction, or offshore projects.
Experience with HDD or similar drilling operations is a significant advantage.
Knowledge of Saudi Arabian environmental laws and safety regulations is preferred.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in remote locations and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
