HSE Manager

We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management. As an HSE Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. You will also be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing safety training programs, and overseeing incident investigations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential health, safety, and environmental hazards.
3. Provide training to employees on HSE policies and procedures.
4. Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and develop corrective action plans.
5. Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.
6. Coordinate with external agencies and authorities on HSE-related matters.
7. Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills and exercises.
8. Stay up-to-date with new HSE regulations and industry best practices.
9. Manage a team of HSE professionals and provide guidance and support.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
2. Professional certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management.
4. Experience in the industrial field is preferred.
5. Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and industry standards.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
7. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
8. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
9. Fluency in English and Arabic.
