HSE Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and assess compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform risk assessments and safety assessments for projects, recommending corrective actions and improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE policies, practices, and emergency response procedures.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes and developing strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, preparing reports for management and regulatory authorities.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation, industry standards, and best practices related to health, safety, and environmental management.
