Seeking a proactive HRMS Solutions Manager to lead the development cycle and testing of enterprise solutions as per the technology roadmaps in order to develop applications and products in accordance with the business requirements and quality control guidelines.

Description
Provide strategic direction for HRMS application services.Ensure HRMS systems are aligned with business goals and objectives.Implement best practices for HRMS system usage and data integrity.Collaborate with HR and IT departments to develop and execute HRMS roadmap.Monitor HRMS system performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate system upgrades.Oversee HRMS vendor relationships, contracts and service agreements.Conduct HRMS training and provide user support.Ensure HRMS compliance with legal and company policies.
Profile
A successful HRMS Solutions Manager should have:
6 to 8 years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory positionA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.Expertise in HRMS systems and applications.Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.Excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with various departments.Our client is looking for Saudi Nationals for this role only.
