Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain HR information systems and related applications.
Ensure data integrity and security across HR systems by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting issues.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements that support HR operations.
Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HR systems functionality and processes.
Generate and analyze HR-related reports and data analytics to support decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
Assist in system upgrades, testing new functionalities, and implementation of new HR tools.
