HR Specialist - Full mobilization process

A Leading Manpower company is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join their client team. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in managing and implementing HR programs, policies, and initiatives. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

• Coordinate and manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR processes
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and policies
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Participate in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions
