We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our esteemed team at Awtad. As an HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in overseeing a range of Human Resources functions. This includes managing compensation and benefits packages, implementing company policies, and maintaining accurate employee records. Your expertise in full cycle recruiting and knowledge of labor legislation will be key in ensuring that our HR procedures run efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities::
Design and review compensation and benefits packages
Oversee the development of the organization.
Develop and oversee employees' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Create and implement training and development initiatives
Coordinate quarterly and annual performance review sessions
Update employee records to reflect new hires and employment changes
Maintain detailed job descriptions, organizational charts, and salary records
Anticipate hiring needs and oversee recruitment processes
Develop and implement HR policies across the organization
Monitor department budgets
Address and resolve employee queries in a timely manner
Stay up-to-date with labor laws and ensure compliance
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years in HR work with proven experience in a previous position.
Having an educational background in HR related fields
Experienced in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Knowledge and practical understanding of the principles and methodologies related to organizational development
Capability to create and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Thorough knowledge of labor laws and payroll procedures
Exceptional team management abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
