As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources functions and contributing to a positive work environment.Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviewsAdminister employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding proceduresMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRISAssist in developing and implementing HR policies and proceduresSupport performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-settingAdminister compensation and benefits programsProvide guidance on employee relations issues and assist in conflict resolutionEnsure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulationsCollaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational development needsAssist in HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-makingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years of experience in HR rolesProficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes, employee relations, and performance managementExperience in compensation and benefits administrationFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in workProfessional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferredFluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
