Awtad is seeking a motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring various HR functions within the organization. This includes overseeing compensation and benefits packages, implementing training and development plans, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Your main responsibilities will include administering health and life insurance programs, updating employee records, and forecasting hiring needs. You will also play a key role in designing and updating job descriptions, advertising and searching for candidates, and conducting interviews.
The ideal candidate for this position will have proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist. You should have a solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes, as well as hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are also essential for this role.
