Role Purpose
The HR Policy Design Senior Manager is tasked with developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies that align with NEOM's strategic goals and comply with legal standards. This role requires collaboration across departments to ensure policies are effective, relevant, and cultivate a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the Senior manager will continuously assess and refine HR policies to adapt to the organization's changing needs and its workforce.
