In this pivotal role, you will lead the roll-out and operationalization of performance management strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR performance management, project management, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with HR teams and department heads to integrate performance management systems seamlessly into the organization’s daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
Implement and roll out performance management strategies across the organization. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of performance systems. Monitor and improve performance management processes based on feedback and industry best practices. Support managers and employees with the tools and training needed for effective performance management.
Qualifications:
