The HR Manager will be responsible for establishing the HR department, ensuring compliance with local regulations, managing expatriate relocation, handling visa processes, preparing employment contracts, and engaging culturally adaptable interactions.

Understanding of HR policies and procedures
Ability to align processes with Ministry of Labor in KSA
