Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and experienced HR Manager to join our team at Future Intelligence. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a passion for fostering a positive work environment that supports our innovative and rapidly growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company’s goals and vision.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts, from job postings and interviews to hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Lead the performance management process, including employee appraisals, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, including maintaining employee records and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs to promote retention, satisfaction, and career development.
  • Provide support to department managers by offering HR advice and solutions to improve team performance and address any people-related challenges.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, bonus structures, and health benefits.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career development.
  • Monitor HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training effectiveness, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated with HR trends and best practices to keep the company competitive in talent acquisition and retention.
