Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Participate with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Maintains compliance with governmental, and labor laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Create, develop, implement, and maintain HR policies procedures, job description, and HR reports.
Evaluate performance by providing KPIs, and balance score cards reports.
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help employees to understand job responsibilities.
Create and review the compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
Maintain HR systems and processes.
Conduct performance and salary reviews.
Provide support and guidance to HR staff
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
A minimum of 10 years of human resource management experience.
Proven working experience as HR Manager.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
