The HR & GR Specialist plays a crucial role in managing human resources and government relations within the catering and hospitality sectors.   • Support the development of a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR and government relations.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Monitor and track administrative procedures and legal matters related to government departments.
  • Execute necessary actions to stay updated on legal developments and provide required documentation.
  • Communicate with government entities to process transactions, inquiries, and directives.
  • Arrange and organize appointments, meetings, and correspondence related to government departments.
  • Prepare required reports and documents to ensure compliance with government laws and regulations.
