1. JOB PURPOSE
Coordinate for recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance, HR Operation and Employee engagement in line with DP World and employee counselling.
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Coordinating the implementing of People department business plan.
• Observing the work of a department. Recommending hiring of new employees, transfers, promotions, salary actions, terminations, performance management. Developing job descriptions. Following up for performance standards, conducts evaluations and initiates personnel actions.
• Coordinating increments and promotions documentation of all staff.
• Coordinating recruitment reports, documentations, and onboarding.
• Orienting new joiners on the department activities.
• Maintaining and updating employee records
• Coordinating Training reports and documentations.
• Coordinating people department communication.
• Supporting any other special projects the HR team needs assistance with.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
Bachler Degree in HR / Public administration
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
2 YEARS – 4 YEARS in HR field and administrative
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good attention to details.
• Understanding of human resource principles.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• MS office skills.
• Good Communication skills.
