We are seeking a highly experienced HR Director to lead our HR function. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with senior management to drive a culture of employee engagement, talent development, and performance excellence.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR operations.
• Partner with senior management to develop and execute talent management strategies, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Drive a culture of employee engagement and ensure effective communication throughout the organization.
• Advise and support managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Implement and maintain HR systems and processes to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and introduce innovative ideas and initiatives to enhance HR practices.
