ROLE OVERVIEW
- The HR Digital Product Lead will act as the Product Owner for HR digital products which includes the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
- The role is an expert that will focus on building a seamless customer experience across all our HR digital channels, optimising every touchpoint for our employees and across Neom sectors and subsidiaries. They will be working closely with HR senior business stakeholders, to drive HR processes simplification, harmonisation, digitalization and define the vision of the HR digital platform; drive the planning, prioritisation and execution of backlogs and deliver new features that support our strategic goals.
- The role will also drive standardization of the HR digital services catalogue, with strong focus on customer experience, and facilitating the creation of HR Digitalization BRDs, prioritizing them into the digital backlog and overseeing the implementation of various initiatives spanning across the HR digital landscape.
- They will act as the bridge between the technology teams, stakeholders, and vendors building strong relationships with key business stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with strategic objectives, and ensuring that the Neom HR digital platforms continue to exceed employee expectations.
REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY
- Own the entire lifecycle of the HR digital capabilities and drive process optimization, CX, product development through your technology and scrum teams

- Set product objectives, define success metrics, and deliver business outcomes, ensuring KPIs and targets are met
- Define detailed use cases, product requirements, and technical specs needed to support roadmap initiatives.
- Continuously innovate and iterate as you deliver your roadmap to provide the best product and solutions possible
- Document HR process flows to illustrate to-be states and changes to information flow.
- Conduct discoveries/feasibility that potentially lead to RFP with the ability to manage those to conclusion with detailed vendor evaluations.
- At times be required to engage, drive, and manage vendor priorities and activities pertaining to your prioritised backlog.
- Experience with process management, process mapping, process modelling tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Capability to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement in existing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- High attention to details to ensure the processes are optimized.
