  • Partner with the talent acquisition team to support recruitment efforts and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Stay current on HR trends, labor laws, and industry best practices to provide informed guidance to leadership.
