insurance solutions to our clients. We are seeking a motivated HR and Administrative
Assistant to join our team and support our human resources and administrative
functions.
Key Responsibilities:
üManage HR and admin process.
üMaintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy
and confidentiality.
üHandle employee inquiries regarding HR policies,
procedures, and benefits.
üAssist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
on absences, bonuses, and leaves.
üPrepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
using Microsoft Office applications.
üAssist in the implementation and administration of HR
policies and procedures.
üEnsure compliance with local labor laws and company
policies.
üHandle general administrative tasks, including filing,
data entry, and correspondence.
üCollaborate with other departments to support company
initiatives and projects.
üAssist in office management.
üAssist in claims and policy administration.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
·1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles,
preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong fresh
graduates will be considered.
·Proficiency in both written and spoken English and formal
Arabic.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
·Strong organizational and time-management skills with
attention to detail.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations is a plus.
