HR Advisor - Saudi National

Hunter Rose is partnering with a global manufacturing client in Saudi Arabia that is looking for an HR Advisor to support their growing HR function. This role is vital in providing guidance and expertise to management and employees on a wide range of HR generalist issues. You will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, maintaining employee engagement, and enhancing organizational effectiveness across the business.

• Provide full HR advisory service to line managers and employees regarding policies, procedures, KSA employment law, and best practices.
• Support talent acquisition strategies including recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee induction.
• Guide and support performance management processes, ensuring objectives are communicated, monitored, and evaluated.
• Assist with employee relations matters, conducting investigations and addressing grievances in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career development.
• Manage employee engagement activities, including surveys and feedback mechanisms to promote a positive work culture.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations and assist with relevant reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics to support decision-making and organizational planning.
