What the role is


As a HR Admin Specialist based in Riyadh you will support the communication and implementation of our Genesys People Strategy and HR Activities in the Middle East. You will have administrative and planning responsibilities and are able to support a growing team in a wide range of tasks.


You will collaborate closely with the EMEA HR team, located throughout Europe, reporting to the Sr HR Manager, responsible for Middle East, based in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:


HR Best Practice; assist locally in execution of HR policies & procedures in line with local laws & best practice. Ability to take end-to-end ownership of the employee experience at Genesys and manage all On & Off-boarding activities. Maintaining HR systems and employee e-files. Participate in Team Projects.


Employment Administration; preparation of all kinds of employment & government related documentations, forms, letters. incl. running of report.


Compliance & Government Portals; managing background checks via a third party vendor, assist to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and local govt portals, assist with Nitiqat compliance, supporting to ensure Iqama/ Visa compliance, assist with audit requirements.


Office: provide local support to the overseas based Facilities Team on aspects around office administration tasks. Help with planning and executing Team events. Support local GM in various admin tasks.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience in HR in an agile HR environment
  • Basic knowledge of Saudi employment laws and regulations, as well as human resources policies and procedures
  • Fluent Arabic & confident english language skills, verbal and written
  • HRIS system experience
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills - strong desire to collaborate & provide customer service
  • Ability to work organized and independently with general guidance
  • Confidentiality – understanding and respecting the requirements that come with this position
