Primary Responsibilities:
• Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
• Update internal databases with new hire information
• Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days and assist in payroll processing \
• Assist in Scheduling job interviews and contact candidates as needed
• Provide support & expertise to our HR Operations team on GOSI & other Saudi labour laws , policies & procedures.
• Administer the onboarding process
• Administer health insurance programs
• Process employees’ queries and respond on time
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labour legislation
Required Skills/Experience:
• A Bachelor's degree
• 2 to 6 Years of experience
• Saudi National
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in English language
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Should have very good knowledge with the Saudi Laws and Regulations, GOSI.
• Demonstrated intense customer focus.
• Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
• Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
• Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards
