You will be in a supportive place to grow, to fulfil yourself, to discover other professions and to pursue career opportunities, in your hotel or in other hospitality environments, in your country or anywhere in the world!​You will enjoy exclusive benefits, specific to the sector and beyond, as well as strong recognition for your daily commitment.​Everything you will do with us, regardless of your profession, will offer a deep sense of meaning, to create lasting, memorable and impactful experiences for your customers, for your colleagues and for the planet.Hospitalityis a work of heart,​Join us and become a Heartist®.Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities: Receive, store, and issue housekeeping supplies such as guest supplies, cleaning materials, toiletries, linens, and equipmentCategorize all store areas within their control to ensure spares are readily identified and available when required.Store and arranges stocks for ease of issuance, maintains cleanliness and orderliness of storeroomsEnsure that any delivered items, comply with the requirements and specificationsPrepare purchase requests and follow-up with purchasing Department for prompt deliveryControl issuance of storeroom items in order to prevent wastage.Monitor stock usage and forecast supply needs to prevent shortages or overstockingPrepares the daily stock and store-related reportsConduct monthly inventory of materials and supplies comparing stock card balances with physical count and report to Director of HousekeepingConduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levelsEnsure working areas are kept clean and tidy all timesInspect and maintain housekeeping equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning machinesObserve and practice safe working methodsPerforms related duties and special projects where and when instructed by supervisor / ManagerMaintain full flexibility in attitude to work and duty schedule.Issue materials and supplies per approved requisitionsKeep records of materials received or issuedEnsure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professionalPerform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisorQualificationsPrevious hospitality experienceExcellent communication skillsStrong customer service skills required.Good written and spoken EnglishDegree in Hospitality / Tourism
