Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are kept clean and tidy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating housekeeping activities, inspecting facilities, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and train housekeeping staff.
2. Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
4. Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment.
5. Handle guest complaints and requests regarding housekeeping services.
6. Implement and maintain procedures for proper cleaning and sanitation.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
2. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical handling.
3. Good communication and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work well under pressure.
5. Attention to detail.
6. High school diploma or equivalent; certification in housekeeping is a plus.
