الوصف الوظيفي

Host & Event Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in KUDU Restaurants and conducting event entertainment activities internally & externally. 

  • Providing excellent customer service (welcoming and receiving customers, assisting customers in the ordering process, etc.).
  • Ensuring quality service through effective communication with customers and employees.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant goes according to KUDU’s standards.
  • Answering customers’ inquiries about KUDU’s products and the presented offers.
  • Introducing the new offers and create a suggestive selling to the customers
  • Listen carefully to customer comments, feedback, requests and complaints and report them accurately to the Concerned departments
  • Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
  • Greet customers upon their departure
  • Conducting internal & external event activities.
  • Leading customers birthday parties inside KUDU Restaurants & in Costumers places.

المهارات

  • Minimum High School and above
  • Preferred to have an experience in the event and entertainment activities
  • Enthusiastic and Energetic: Ability to maintain high energy levels and enthusiasm throughout the event to keep children engaged and entertained.
  • Child-Friendly Personality: Warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor that puts children at ease and encourages their participation in activities.
  • Creative and Imaginative: Ability to develop and execute fun and age-appropriate games, activities, and entertainment ideas that capture children's imaginations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and other party guests positively and engagingly.
  • Patience and Adaptability: Capacity to handle various situations that may arise during the party, such as managing conflicts, accommodating special needs, and adjusting activities based on the children's interests and preferences.
  • Reliable and Responsible: Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility to ensure the party runs smoothly and all guests have an enjoyable experience.
  • Safety Awareness: Knowledge of basic safety protocols and the ability to supervise children to ensure their well-being and prevent accidents during the party.
  • Costume and Makeup Skills (optional): Proficiency in dressing up as characters or applying face paint and makeup if themed parties or character appearances are part of the job requirements.
