Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as a
Furnished Apartment Management Executive in Riyadh. The successful candidate will
be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our furnished apartments, ensuring
exceptional service standards, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the operation of furnished apartments, including maintenance,
housekeeping, and tenant relations.
• Handle tenant inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of tenant
satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy on a daily,
monthly, or yearly basis.
• Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, leases, and tenant interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure quality standards are met.
Job Requirements:
• Must be a Saudi citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in property or hotel management, with a focus on furnished
apartments.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and property management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse tenants.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is a must.
