Hiring Key Account Manager for a Leading Travel Company in Riyadh, KSA Job description:
Onboard, train, and build confidence with new partners on the B2B platform.
Maintain existing business by developing strong commercial and personal relationships with partners at all levels and negotiating commercial/financial conditions.
Conduct regular site visits (a minimum of 3-4 days a week) to support agents both on-site and online, facilitate training/webinars, and introduce new products to increase sales.
Follow up daily on client and team preferences to drive better results.
Provide regular reports to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications:
A background in the travel industry is required (minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position).
Ambitious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented work style, with excellent business communication skills.
Strong experience in B2B negotiations and sales management.
Proven experience in developing new and existing sales in Country, preferably with travel agents.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products, and procedures.
