  • Carrying out risk assessments and site inspections.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to minimize potential risks and hazards.
  • Develop and conduct health and safety training courses for employees.
  • Analyze site operations and equipment performance to collect statistical data and create accurate reports.
  • Responsible for inspecting working conditions and compliance with safety regulations and rules and occupational health in all areas of the Company's operations and following the Investor's requirements.
  • Informs the supervisor on an ongoing basis about identified threats in work processes, along with proposals to remove these threats.
  • After consulting the supervisor, gives orders to suspend the works if it is found that applicable health and safety regulations, the Investor's requirements and the protection of the natural environment have not been complied with.
  • Participates in preparing modernization plans and development of the Company and presents proposals for including technical and organizational solutions in these plans to improve occupational health and safety.
  • Reports applications regarding occupational health and safety requirements for projects implemented in the Company, in existing and newly introduced production processes.
  • Present conclusions to the supervisor regarding the state of ergonomic requirements at workstations.
  • Participates in preparing internal general instructions regarding health and safety and in determining the tasks of persons managing employees in the field of health and safety.
  • Gives opinions on detailed health and safety instructions at individual workstations and carries out inspections of their compliance.
  • Participates in establishing circumstances and causes of accidents at work and in preparing conclusions resulting from the investigation of the causes and circumstances of these accidents, as well as controls for the implementation of these requests.
  • Keeps records and completes them and stores documents regarding accidents at work.Provides advice on the application of health and safety regulations and principles to the supervisor and employees.
  • Provides advice on the organization and methods of work at workplaces where there are hazardous factors, harmful to health or burdensome conditions, and the selection of the most appropriate means of collective protection and individual.
  • Cooperates with relevant organizational units or persons, in particular in organizing and ensuring the appropriate level of training in the field of security and health and ensuring proper professional adaptation of newly employed employees.
  • Cooperates with control units and the Investors in ensuring an appropriate level of health and safety.
  • Initiates and develops various forms of popularizing health and safety and ergonomics issues within the Company.
  • Cooperates with external entities in matters relating to safe and hygienic working conditions and fire protection.
  • When carrying out assigned tasks, he complies with the procedures and instructions of the Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards in force in the Company.
  • Controls and implements compliant standards with SEC 5-STAR SAFETY.
