Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Head Pastry Chef in a high-volume kitchen setting.
- Degree or certification in Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts.
- Strong knowledge of pastry and dessert techniques, ingredients, and presentation methods.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in pastry production, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience working in a Centralized Kitchen or large-scale production facility is preferred.
- Track record of creating innovative pastry designs and recipes.
- Experience managing inventory, controlling costs, and developing menus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: 15,000 - 20,000 Riyals al linclusive
- Full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
