We are recruiting for a Saudi National Talent Acquisition Director to lead the talent strategy for a new and exciting project based in Riyadh. The role offers a salary of up to 85,000 SAR per month and is aimed at a seasoned professional with a strong background in large-scale recruitment initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic talent acquisition framework to support the project's growth.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring alignment with Vision 2030 objectives and PIF/Giga project standards.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast talent needs and drive workforce planning.
  • Oversee the recruitment of high-caliber professionals to meet ambitious project milestones.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, diversity, and excellence in all recruitment processes.
  • Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, ensuring best practices and high performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Saudi National with a proven track record in talent acquisition leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience working on Vision 2030 initiatives, Giga projects, or similar PIF-funded ventures.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and recruitment regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach to talent management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver under tight deadlines.
