Role Description


As Head of sales, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Manager at an enterprise and corporate level. The sales team are hunters and are responsible for winning new strategic accounts to the business. The team develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to achieve CEQUENS' sales targets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be working closely with your team to drive new business growth in the wide range of sectors such as Health, Bank, Retail, and Government. This role is onsite, full time at our Riyadh office, Saudi Arabia.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Strategy Development


  • Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives for the SaaS/CPaaS market in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to position the SaaS product suite effectively.

Team Leadership & Management


  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive new revenue growth.
  • Set clear performance targets and foster a results-driven culture.

Revenue & Growth Goals


  • Own and achieve sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate enterprise-level contracts.

Market Penetration & Expansion


  • Drive business expansion into new verticals or geographic areas within the Saudi market.
  • Establish partnerships with local businesses and distributors

Customer Relationships


  • Build strong relationships with key clients, understanding their challenges and offering tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Oversee the customer lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience and high retention rates.

Data-Driven Decision-Making


  • Leverage CRM and analytics tools to monitor sales performance and pipeline metrics.
  • Generate insights to refine strategies and processes

Compliance & Localization


  • Ensure adherence to local regulations, cultural norms, and business practices.
  • Stay updated on Saudi business laws and adapt the sales approach according
