Lead Procurement Transformation: Drive the procurement department's transformation initiatives, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing best practices.Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies: Create and execute strategies to optimise procurement processes, ensuring alignment with the organisation's goals and the Kingdom's vision.Monitor and Improve Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess procurement effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of procurement experience in technical industries, with a strong track record in driving transformation, cost savings, and efficiency. They will possess leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex supply chains while aligning with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 initiatives.
