The Job in a Nutshell💡
As we expand our presence, we are seeking a Head of Performance Marketing who will drive strategic, data-driven marketing to optimize acquisition, retention, and engagement across digital and CRM channels. Will oversee two critical marketing functions: 1. Digital Marketing – managing all paid digital performance campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO, and web conversion optimization.
2. Lifecycle & CRM Automation – ensuring best-in-class automated marketing workflows, segmentation strategies, and customer journey optimizations that enhance engagement and retention.
This role is data-heavy and conversion-driven, requiring an analytical, hands-on leader who understands B2B SaaS marketing dynamics, lead generation, customer segmentation, and the impact of full-funnel marketing strategies in a high-growth tech company.
What you will do💡
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to optimize lead generation, customer acquisition, and engagement across multiple regions.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.), ensuring high ROAS and cost-efficient CAC.
- Own the web conversion strategy, improving user journeys, landing page CRO, and website SEO to drive MQLs and SQLs.
- Establish A/B testing frameworks, analyzing creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to maximize ad effectiveness.
- Lifecycle & CRM Automation Lead the marketing automation and CRM strategy, ensuring personalized lifecycle-driven marketing campaigns across email, push, WhatsApp, and in-app notifications.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies that enhance customer retention, upsells, and cross-sells within the Foodics ecosystem.
- Leverage data to orchestrate customer journeys, ensuring the right messages reach the right audience at the right time.
- Align closely with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive engagement and reduce churn.
- Data, Analytics, and Attribution. Own performance tracking and attribution modeling, ensuring accurate measurement of campaign success and customer journeys.
- Work closely with BI and Revenue Ops to develop dashboards, insights, and reports that guide strategic decision-making.
- Establish a test-and-learn culture, continuously experimenting with campaign structures, creative approaches, and audience targeting.
- Manage and mentor a team of specialists across digital marketing and CRM automation.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Growth teams to align marketing efforts with Foodics’ business objectives.
- Stay ahead of B2B SaaS and fintech marketing trends, integrating best practices into Foodics’ strategies.
What Are We Looking For❓
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong B2B SaaS or fintech background.
- Expertise in paid media buying, demand generation, and account-based marketing for lead-driven businesses.
- Proven experience in CRM marketing and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker, Power BI.
- Experience with SEO, CRO, and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates.
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, including segmentation, lead nurturing, and retention strategies.
