Job Summary: As the Head of HR, KSA at JLL, your role is to strengthen employee purpose, ignite energy, and elevate organization-wide performance by activating, facilitating, and enhancing important moments. You will work with business and HR leaders to integrate HR products and services that enrich the lives of JLL employees and coach managers on key moments throughout the employee lifecycle. Your business acumen, HR expertise, and local knowledge will enable and prioritize business and HR objectives. You will also analyse insights and influence HR service delivery to improve policies, processes, and tools that enhance critical moments for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to develop and integrate people strategies that align with business goals, ensuring a positive employee experience. Serve as an objective and trusted advisor, providing coaching and guidance to elevate the leadership team's effectiveness in managing and engaging their teams. Proactively anticipate opportunities and issues and develop innovative solutions at the root cause to drive positive change and improve employee experiences. Utilize HR analytics effectively to provide strategic direction for business growth and identify areas for improvement in HR programs and practices. Enhance the employee experience during important moments, such as onboarding, performance reviews, and career development, through ongoing feedback, coaching, and recognition. Foster a culture of inclusion and celebrate diversity among employees, supporting initiatives and programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Manage employee relations situations and performance management, collaborating closely with the Employee Relations Team to ensure fair, consistent, and effective resolution of issues. effective partnerships with HR centres of excellence and people partners to deliver seamless HR solutions and support to the business. Monitor metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and provide data-driven solutions for continuous improvement. Drive operational change and increased performance while continuously improving the employee experience. Support the Head of HR - MENA in designing and executing the KSA people strategy and key HR initiatives across the organization. Work with L&D to sharing best practices and utilizing available content, resources, and technology to meet business needs. Work with L&D to ensure alignment of training as well as meeting business needs. Works in partnership with the MENA HR teams to deliver quality learning experiences that grow the business. Understand business priorities and forge strong relationships with business management teams, providing guidance and support on people-related matters. Advise stakeholders on employee performance issues, providing recommendations and escalating matters when necessary. Collaborate with MENA HR and business stakeholders on talent management, staffing, and other HR projects, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to drive business success. Provide analytics and data-driven insights to improve HR processes, organizational performance, and decision-making. Respond to ad-hoc queries and ensure accuracy of employee data, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Advocate for and support HR service offerings and embody JLL's culture and values in all interactions. Support JLL's training and partnerships with clients and universities to enhance talent development and acquisition initiatives. Act as a mentor to young talent, particularly Saudis, providing guidance and support for their career growth within JLL.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in HR, focusing on the employee experience and delivering results. Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and align people strategies with business objectives. Demonstrated experience in building scalable people processes and tools. Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making and measure the impact of HR initiatives. Proficient in developing and delivering effective employee communications to engage and inform the workforce. Strong project management skills and deep HR expertise, including knowledge of HR best practices and local employment laws. Passionate about providing an extraordinary employee experience, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Previous experience in the technology industry is preferred, with an understanding of the unique HR challenges and opportunities in this field.
