At Cenomi Centers, we're relaunching 'Cenomi Rewards'—a revolutionary loyalty program that redefines how guests engage with our malls. As the Head of Cenomi Rewards, you will spearhead this program, deploying cutting-edge strategies across digital and physical landscapes to elevate customer experiences.


In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the entire lifecycle of Cenomi Rewards, from strategic planning to tactical execution, with an emphasis on innovation in loyalty and customer engagement. This role demands a blend of sharp commercial acumen to negotiate transformative deals, technical prowess to seamlessly integrate sophisticated systems, analytical expertise to drive data-driven optimizations, and exceptional operational management to prioritize and mobilize resources effectively.


You will be expected to be a visionary leader, collaborating closely with the Digital VP and digital teams – as well as a diverse set of key stakeholders within Cenomi Centers and beyond – to not only meet but exceed our strategic objectives. Your mission will be to develop and execute an end-to-end loyalty program focused on enriching our loyalty offerings and enhancing consumer engagement through innovative reward mechanisms (offers, benefits, discounts, etc.) and partnerships.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define and implement the strategic direction for Cenomi Rewards, aligning with broader business goals.
  • Develop and manage high-impact partnerships and collaborations that enhance the value and appeal of the loyalty program.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration and execution of the loyalty program across all platforms.
  • Utilize deep market insights and data analytics to continuously refine and optimize the program's performance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a significant focus on loyalty programs or customer engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Business fluency in Arabic.
  • Experience with mall loyalty programs and in working with partner and tenant stakeholders.
