About Jeeny:


Jeeny is a mobile application that eases daily commuting and transportation. By connecting you with your preferred mode of transportation, we are fulfilling our aim of making mobility accessible, affordable, and flexible for all.


We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.


We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi.


About The Role:


Jeeny has traditionally focused on B2C, leaving corporate customers underserved due to a lack of enterprise tools like employee tracking and reporting. However, this is about to change.

We’re looking for a senior sales professional who can build a B2B sales organization from scratch. This person must have the experience to lead and develop a team, while also being hands-on—acquiring the first customers, setting pricing, and defining the sales strategy. I'm looking for someone who's eager to start ASAP by meeting our future customers and understanding their needs, instead of waiting until he/she has built the team. We need to move fast.

- B2B Rides (corporate rides for SMBs and enterprises)
- B2B Deliveries (on-demand delivery service for businesses)
- Future B2B products and experiments


Key Responsibilities:


Build the Sales Strategy:


    • Market Segmentation: Identify key industries (consulting, legal, hospitality, etc.) where Jeeny’s services provide high value.
    • Sales Targeting: Develop a targeted approach for both the deliveries service and corporate ridehailing, mapping out the types of businesses that would benefit most from each.
    • KPIs: Set measurable sales goals around client acquisition, revenue growth, and retention.

Team Structure:


    • Initial Team: Hire a few key salespeople (ideally with experience in B2B logistics or corporate sales) to focus on specific segments like hospitality or logistics.
    • Sales Operations: Consider adding roles for lead generation, sales analytics, and sales enablement to support the salesforce.
    • Partnerships and Business Development: For long-term growth, a dedicated business development function that focuses on strategic partnerships could be critical.

Sales Process Development:


    • Lead Generation: Establish sources for prospecting, including referrals, outbound, industry networking, and digital marketing.
    • Pipeline Management: Set up a CRM system for tracking and nurturing leads. Establish sales funnels for each service.
    • Client Onboarding: Create a seamless onboarding process for corporate clients that emphasizes the ease and benefits of using Jeeny.
