Head of B2B – KSA Main Purpose of Job:
Drive NW B2B results and brand image by translating and implementing the commercial strategy into the local market and ensuring the Waters consumer experience across all B2B customer touchpoints.
Main Responsibilities:
Drive NW business results and brand image: Develop and ensure execution of the omnichannel B2B strategy based on data & insights and input from marketing Ensure effective liaison with Marketing, Customer Care & Service and B2C to deliver a consistent omnichannel consumer experience and facilitate an effective Customer feedback loop Monitor performance of B2B channels and make decisions on further improvement Identify commercial opportunities in the market to foster sustainable growth in the B2B channels Manage the 'unmanaged base' of Horeca, Office and SOHO customers which are targeted by Marketing and E-commerce activities Manage the B2B P&L
Department and Management Responsibilities:
As part of the local Management Team, drive the overall organization’s business results by making tactical and strategic decisions and by building the organization in a sustainable way Drive innovative solutions relevant for NW by following the latest developments in the field and stay up-to-date on competitors Act as a spokesperson within the organization and in the Management Team and be the end-responsible for the department and the department's results Translate the global strategy to local market needs and define initiatives to achieve business results Ensure that optimal investments and decisions are made in the OP process for both CAPEX and OPEX, in collaboration with Finance, for PFME in collaboration with Marketing "Lead leaders" by promoting leadership skills Manage the budget within the department Align with HQ stakeholder and other markets' counterparts on strategy, priorities and best practices Improve and implement efficient ways of working in line with the operational plan and company guidelines
People & Performance Management:
Attract and retain talent, develop the personal effectiveness of employees by regular coaching and implementation of learning activities Build a strong team where team members collaborate effectively and understand their shared goals and purpose Set individual performance goals that provide a clear line of sight to organizational priorities and monitor progress towards achievement of goals by use of the PDP methodology Lead by example in terms of NLF behaviors and safety leadership Build the NW culture by promoting and supporting a happy, healthy and safe working environment that encourages teamwork, ambition and a high level of professionalism
Education:
MSc/MA level in business administration, marketing or relevant field
Professional experience:
More than 10 years in B2B business operations experience Extensive commercial experience in marketing and sales, with a strategic mindset, preferably in FMCG, Office or Horeca Experience in Field Sales Management, 3rd Party Management, (Key) account management Extensive organizational and leadership experience
