Masters degree in Nursing Holder

Address staffing shortages and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
Ensure that patients receive timely, appropriate, and compassionate care.
Supervise the nursing staff in providing patient assessments, treatments, and education.
Coordinate patient appointments and procedures.
Monitor patient outcomes and quality of care.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the OPD.
Manage the OPD budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
Oversee the maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
Coordinate with other departments within the healthcare facility to ensure smooth operations.
Identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and implement quality initiatives.
Analyze patient satisfaction data and address any concerns.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the nursing staff.
