1. Must possess a 7 or 9 skill level in the Guided Weapons Maintenance Career Field.
2. Must have at least 5 years’ experience working in the Missile Maintenance Section.
3. Must have at least 2 years of experience as a 7-skill level (not required for 9 skill level)
4. Must have completed the Technical Instructor Course
5.Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Guided Weapons Maintenance Instructor
6. Must have experience working with F-15 missiles and precision guided weapons
7. Must have been awarded a T prefix to their AFSC indicating qualified instructor
