We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group Financial Controller who is fluent in Arabic, to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Group CFO, the ideal candidate will be growth-minded, with a strong background in financial management and a passion for driving organizational success. As the Group Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of our company and supporting our ambitious growth plans.


  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including management and financial reporting as well as regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives, including identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial processes and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support key business decisions and initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, and financial institutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall financial performance and operational excellence of the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform financial strategy and decision-making.

Requirements: 


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, ACCA, CPA or CMA.
  • Proven experience with a min. of 3 years in a senior financial management role, preferably within a fast-growing tech scale-up environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
  • Deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
