Job Context: working as Graphic Designer will have a passion for visual storytelling, strong design skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to design impactful campaigns that resonate with our clients’ audiences.

Key Accountabilities

• Conceptualize and create visual assets for advertising campaigns, including print ads, digital banners, social media content, and more.
• Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and account managers to ensure cohesive and strategic designs.
• Design visual content for brand marketing, including brochures, posters, billboards, and product packaging.
• Adapt and optimize designs for various platforms, such as social media, websites, and mobile apps.
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects while pushing creative boundaries.
• Revise designs based on team and client feedback, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques to continually enhance the quality of work.
• Work with external partners such as printers, photographers, and illustrators to complete projects.

knowledge , Skills , Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in advertising, branding, or digital design.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adhering to tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
• Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage.
