Hill International is a leading global construction consulting firm, providing project management, construction management, and other consulting services to clients in various industries. We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
As a Graphic Designer at Hill International, you will play a key role in creating visually appealing and effective designs for our clients. You will work closely with our project managers and other team members to develop creative solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, presentations, reports, and more
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with our clients' branding guidelines
- Use your creativity and design skills to develop innovative and effective solutions for our clients' needs
- Ensure all designs are of high quality and are delivered on time and within budget
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design capabilities
- Work with external vendors and printers to ensure the production of high-quality materials
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve our design processes and services
- Maintain organized files and records of all design projects for future reference
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print is a plus
- Experience with video editing and animation is a plus
