Eligibility:

• Recent graduates (within the last 6 months) holding a bachelor's degree in finance, MIS, Economics, or a closely related field. Absolutely no prior professional experience is required.
• A minimum GPA of 3 out of 4 or 4 out of 5. We're looking for candidates who demonstrate academic excellence.
• Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Be prepared to showcase your ability to analyze complex financial situations and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You'll need to articulate your ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with others, including simulated clients.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. The world of finance is constantly evolving, and we need individuals who are adaptable, eager to learn, and team-oriented.
• Fluency in English is a must, as it is the language of instruction and communication within the program. Strong interpersonal skills are also highly valued.
