We are in the process of establishing our office in Saudi Arabia, so we are looking for an experienced, trustworthy, and committed Government Relations Specialist for our office in Jeddah. You will be working in a team of around 10 people both at the office of the company in Rawdah Street and the project location in King Abdullah Economic City. Job description:

The Government Relations Specialist is a key role in Durr, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with government entities and public sector stakeholders in the KSA. This position is crucial for ensuring compliance with government regulations and representing the company's interests at various levels of government.


Responsibilities:

1. Represent Durr in front of all the government agencies such as GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, Municipalities, Zakat Authority, MISA, MoF to clear transactions related to the company, its employees, and its customers

2. Keeping the licenses of the company current by executing renewal activities timely and assuring allocation of funds by management for the activities

3. Implementing the company’s regulations reviewing and implementing the regulations and circulars and keeping copies of them

4. Follow and execute procedures related to the passport office, such as requesting the issuance or renewal of residency, exit, and return visas

5. Follow and execute procedures related to the labor office, such as requesting the issuance of work permits and work visas

6. Follow and execute procedures related to the Chamber of Commerce, such as ratifying letters and renewing affiliation with the Chambers of Commerce

7. Follow and execute procedures related to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, such as completing visa procedures and requesting authentication of documents

8. Updating and completing all requirements for government forms, documents, and procedures in accordance with the laws and regulations regulating work in Saudi Arabia

9. Support general administration activities of the company and assist the general manager

10. Report to the management of the company on the progress of the above
