Governance Manager (4359663)

JASARA Program Management Company is looking for a dedicated Governance Manager to enhance our governance framework, ensuring compliance and ethical conduct within our projects and operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing governance policies and procedures that align with both internal standards and external regulations. This role is crucial in fostering a culture of accountability and transparency, and in supporting the successful delivery of social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia.

• Develop, implement, and maintain governance policies and procedures in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor ongoing compliance with governance frameworks and provide support to project teams in adhering to established standards.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement, ensuring the effectiveness of governance processes.
• Prepare governance reports and communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate training and workshops to enhance governance knowledge and compliance awareness among employees and stakeholders.
• Support risk management initiatives by identifying governance-related risks and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely resolution of any governance-related issues and compliance findings.
• Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, providing updates and guidance to the organization.
• Promote a culture of ethical behavior, accountability, and transparency across all levels of the organization.
