The Role of theGovernment Relations Manager
As a Government Relations Manager you are responsible for managing all interactions with government entities in Saudi Arabia to ensure compliance and the timely completion of employee-related requirements. This includes overseeing visas, iqamas, labor office processes, and all necessary documentation, while ensuring compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.

Areas of responsibility are People & Culture, Government Relations
Knowledge and Skills
Minimum of 6 years of experience in government relations, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
In-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws, Saudization policies, and government procedures.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with government authorities and internal stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with government portals such as Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, and Qiwa.
Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and resolve issues with agility.
Proficiency in Arabic (required) and English (preferred).
