About Kimpton Riyadh



Located in King Abdullah Financial District which is set in the heart of the Saudi capital, 22-kilometers away from the airport, Kimpton Riyadh is the first Kimpton in the Middle East bringing the brand’s playful energy, infectious personality, and unique design style to this LEED certified landmark development home to 1.6 million square meters of state-of-the-art office space, world-class venues and iconic luxury residences. - Safe Driving:
- Operating luxury vehicles like sedans, limousines, and executive vans.
- Using defensive driving techniques to ensure passenger safety.
- Punctuality and Reliability:
- Arriving on time for pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Being flexible and reliable with schedule changes or unexpected events.
- Customer Service:
- Maintaining a professional appearance and courteous demeanour.
- Assisting guests with luggage, doors, and any other reasonable requests.
- Route Planning:
- Using navigation tools to plan efficient routes, considering traffic conditions.
- Staying familiar with local areas, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Performing routine checks to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
- Reporting any issues or concerns with the vehicle promptly.
- Client Confidentiality:
- Upholding strict confidentiality and discretion, especially with high-profile or VIP clients.
- Respecting the privacy of passengers.
- Communication:
- Communicating clearly with passengers to ensure a comfortable journey.
- Coordinating with clients or designated contacts to confirm details.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Maintaining a valid driver’s license and any required certifications.
- Adhering to local traffic laws and regulations.
- Emergency Preparedness:
- Being prepared to respond calmly in emergency situations.
- Possessing basic first aid skills for providing assistance if needed.
- Record-Keeping:
- Maintaining accurate records of driving activities, including mileage and fuel consumption.
These responsibilities ensure that guests receive exemplary service, reflecting the high standards of the luxury hospitality industry.

What we need from you



Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration
• Two to Three years’ prior tenure in a similar role
• International luxury hotel chain background
• GCC exposure
• English Fluency is required
• Arabic Fluency is preferred

Teamwork and Flexibility



In addition to the tasks outlined above, all team members are expected to demonstrate flexibility and a collaborative spirit. This may involve taking on additional responsibilities as needed, especially during periods of high occupancy or in emergency situations. Your willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the hotel is essential in maintaining our high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
