• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and align teams toward common goals.
• In-depth knowledge of the petrochemical industry’s technical, operational, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Financial acumen, including expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within the petrochemical sector.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with clients, suppliers, and government bodies.
• Familiarity with petrochemical industry-specific software and ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
